Day-job work on the iHRMS Punjab programme dominates the list; the rest is electronics and AI/ML lab work I do at home. No screenshots of live government dashboards on this page — ask me directly if you want a walkthrough.

    Move attachment storage off the database. Reduce DB footprint, decouple file lifecycle from row lifecycle, keep the existing UI contract.

    Local LLM / OCR experiments on an RTX 5060 Ti
    A home-lab rig running DeepSeek-OCR and a few small LLMs against multilingual documents (English, Hindi, Punjabi). Notes published as I go.

    iHRMS Punjab — cross‑module UI modernization
    jQuery 1.x → 3.x, Bootstrap 3 → 5, and the consolidation of UI patterns no one had documented — landed across multiple modules without taking the system offline.

    NodeMCU panic-button alert system
    Office-counter safety prototype: ESP8266 over Wi-Fi to Telegram, with a 433 MHz RF fallback for buildings where the Wi-Fi gives up first.

    Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal — case-management application
    Full case lifecycle, from receipt and registration through hearings, orders, and final disposal. My grounding in e-governance workflows.
